We have multiple options to help you get started, no matter what your pace is.

What We Offer

CrossFit

CrossFit classes are an hour long and consist of movements from a variety of modalities. They include Olympic lifts, gymnastics, plyometrics, powerlifting, kettlebell training, and much, much more. They may appear daunting, but the workouts can easily be tailored to all fitness levels by decreasing the weight, duration, or intensity of the movements. Workouts will vary in length from less than 5 minutes to more than 30 minutes, and all classes will include instruction and practice in various skills and strength exercises.

Lift

These classes focus on barbell movements. They are designed to complement our other classes, but will be geared more towards building strength and power. We use a combination of Olympic lifts (clean and jerk, and snatch) and power lifts (all variety of squats, deadlifts, and presses), as well as auxiliary movements, to help you increase your body’s lean muscle mass. Our expert coaching staff welcomes even the most inexperienced lifter – give it a shot, you’ll be glad you did!

Pump

A more traditional approach to hypertrophy training. These 45 minute classes are designed to increase muscle mass and improve overall body composition. They use a combination of compound movements (bench press, squat, etc.) in conjunction with classic bodybuilding exercises (bicep curl, calf raise), all kicked off with a dedicated warm-up.

Row

Moderate intensity rowing-focused workouts that incorporate stretching and some strength training to give you a great full-body workout in just 45 minutes. These classes are an excellent supplement to our regular Cross Train classes and provide an opportunity to work on your rowing stroke.

Nutrition and Weight Loss

Most folks don’t realize that looking good in your jeans is 20% sweat and 80% what you put in your mouth. Gyms that only offer you a workout aren’t doing you any favors. Included in our unlimited memberships are a variety of nutrition challenges, weight loss clinics, and daily information you can use to make smart, healthy, and delicious food choices. If your goal is weight loss, your first stop should be Hillcrest Athletic Club.

We recognize that group classes aren’t for everyone. Some folks need a more personal touch in a one-on-one setting. From tailored nutrition plans to workout schedules that help you focus on developing your specific strengths, our personal trainers will help you achieve your health and fitness goals – quickly and efficiently.

“Punch Card” Options

  • All Unlimited memberships include one personal training session to cover the basics of all of our barbell movements; we want you to feel safe and comfortable joining any of our classes.
  • We offer a $10/month discount off of our Unlimited membership to front line health care workers, students, teachers, veterans, police, firefighters, and members who have been with us for a year.
  • We offer a $20/month discount off of our Unlimited membership to spouses/partners who both have unlimited memberships, and members who have been with us for two or more years.
  • One discount per membership.
  • We only accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. No cash, no checks, no AMEX.
