We’ve increased our class cap from 10 to 14; there is sufficient space and equipment to safely support that many athletes working out at the same time. We’ve also increased the Open Gym cap to 5 athletes, with the caveat that classes take priority when it comes to equipment, so please plan your individual workouts accordingly (i.e., if it’s a rowing WOD, don’t plan on using a rower if your Open Gym session is concurrent with a full class).
